I build the workflow around your team's calls.

I start with your recordings and CRM records, then agree which part of the operation I will take over.

  1. Find the gaps

I review where follow-up stops and what your best rep does differently. The free gap audit gives you the findings before I propose the work.

  2. Learn your team's rules

I work with your sales leader and reps to define the buyer, the next step and the records a manager needs. For the prospecting desk, the onboarding interview takes two hours.

  3. Install the repeatable work

I map transcripts to follow-up and CRM fields, or configure the prospecting desk around your approved public sources. I confirm which integrations support the agreed workflow before connecting them.

  4. Train the rep to review it

I practice the workflow with the rep on their own accounts. They check the facts, decide what proceeds and know how to stop the work when something is wrong.

  5. Put the next step where the rep works

In the prospecting desk, Keep is the trigger for contact verification and CRM preparation. The workflow creates four HubSpot tasks on days 0, 3, 6 and 9 with account-specific drafts. Your rep sends. Unverified contacts are flagged for a human.

  6. Run the weekly checks

I report completed work and operating hours. I review missing next steps and follow through on assignments; replies and meetings count only where the source records support them.

What the prospecting workflow never does

It does not send email, invent a contact, scrape LinkedIn, mix your product lines or delete a company. Manual LinkedIn research stays outside the product.

Closed-lost nurture is a separate service with its own review and explicit sending authorization. Connecting a tool or paying an invoice does not activate it.

I run the desk from Mission Control, my operations dashboard.
